Since Rescind Heart is a political group we need the following information for contributions of $25 or more. This is required for reporting purposes under the Albuquerque City Charter:

1) Personal Contribution: name, address, occupation, employer's address, and nature of employer's business.

2) Organization Contribution: name, address, nature of organization's business.
